Vision trumps diversion

I am a sixty year old professional guy who wants to make sure that I fully appreciate each day that comes to me.

Working with Zo at Living Fully Wellness has made a subtle but radical change in how I go through the day.
Most important for me, was the first step of coming up with the vision of how I want to live my life.
Once this is centered in one’s mind, the process of setting goals follows in a natural way.

Zo helps each step in a very supportive but non-judgmental way.
Weekly meetings kept me focused and accountable and formed an enjoyable part of my routine.

This continuing focus and attention has had great results for my health and daily life.
On the health front, procrastination over medical appointments and tolerance of discomfort has been changed to active engagement with my medical practitioners and positive attitude to my health.

My lifestyle priorities are now clear and it is easy for me to say “I’m not doing that (name the diversion) because I need to do this (part of my vision) “
