I began working with Zo in an effort to establish and maintain an exercise routine. The greatest difficulty for me was deciding whether to do Pilates, yoga, dance or any number of other options.
I was so overwhelmed with the options that I just couldn’t get going.
I sought Zo’s services because I thought he was just the guy to give me a prescription for physical well-being and I’d be on my way.
However, it wasn’t that simple.

Instead of prescribing how many reps of this and that, Zo facilitated a process that helped me establish a vision for how I wanted to live my life and goals that supported that vision.
The process was both insightful and enjoyable.
The result is that everything I do on a daily basis fits into the broader context of my vision, making my exercise routine more satisfying and meaningful.
As part of the discovery process, I realized that meditation would play an essential part in my health and wellness program.
My vision helps me stay focused and I’m clear about my priorities.
My workout routine is fun because it’s in line with my vision.
